My friend is almost 145 pounds and she really desire to lose some pounds, cause she is highly bewildered when I ask her go to the swimming pool. I spoke with her that it is truly no "wizard" method to drop some pounds, but she can look for the quickest way to lose weight for her. I explained her every time to drink pure water but not of sweet beverages, and to do a couple of exercises each morning. Some different key ideas and exercises I may tell her for great results? Oh also she wants to lose fat on the tum, hips, and she definitely wants to tone her legs.
